Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saharanpur for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day regional operations, ensure achievement of financial and performance targets, and manage a team of field staff. Responsibilities include supervising branches under your region, monitoring loan deployment and recoveries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to senior management, the role also involves providing training, fostering team development, and ensuring compliances with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Strong operations management and team leadership skills Proficiency in financial management and loan recovery strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team and interact with clients effectively Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on branch performance and metrics Experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline Willingness to travel as per job requirements Proficiency in local languages spoken in the Saharanpur region is a plus
