Area Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the sales activities in the designated area of U.P(E), with a focus on the fan industry. Candidates with experience in the fan industry will be preferred, while those with a background in related electrical fields may also be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the designated area - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team Qualifications Required: - 4.0 to 5.0 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fan industry - Strong knowledge of the electrical field and market trends - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel within the designated area Note: The salary for this position is approximate and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
