Role Description

This full-time on-site role for the Area Manager position is based in New Delhi. The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency. Key tasks include managing staff, meeting sales targets, implementing operational standards, and maintaining quality control across outlets. The Area Manager will also focus on optimizing processes, resolving customer concerns, and upholding the unique culinary and hospitality standards of The Old Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively manage staff and operations across multiple locations.
• Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and handling customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Analytical and organizational skills to monitor sales performance, implement operational strategies, and ensure quality control.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is highly beneficial. A passion for culinary traditions and experience in restaurant management is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster teamwork and maintain relationships with staff and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the unique needs of the business.
