Work experience

8+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve equity sales and revenue targets in the assigned area.
  • Explore & execute selling of third part products to new as well as existing clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with institutional and retail investors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for growth.
  1. Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of relationship managers and sales executives.
  • Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and motivation.
  1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Provide tailored investment solutions based on client needs and risk profiles.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Oversee the operational activities related to equity trading, portfolio management, and reporting.
  • Manage risk effectively by adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  1. Market Insights and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with research teams to deliver timely equity market updates and reports to clients.
  • Assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns for equity products.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
