Role Description

This is a full-time Area Manager role located in Pune. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of educational programs and services at assigned schools. This includes monitoring teacher training, curriculum implementation, and student learning outcomes to ensure the effective delivery of Next Education's solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational program management and teacher training
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of K-12 education systems and curriculum development
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the edtech industry is a plus
