Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Drive sales at the branch level and ensure achievement of sales targets through effective team handling.
Build, manage, and promote relationships with channel partners to generate new customer leads.
Lead and manage DSTs at the branch to achieve business objectives.
Interface with customers and provide efficient service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work towards building a credit-worthy portfolio at the branch to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in secured business loan, preferably in home loans or loan against property.
Possess good knowledge of the local market and its dynamics.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to understand property valuation and legal and technical norms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
