No of VacanciesReports toArea Credit Head SEGIs a Team leaderNTeam SizeNAGradeBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentWholesale CreditSub-DepartmentSEG CreditLocationAbout Wholesale CreditThe Wholesale Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all Large/ mid and SME clientele of the Bank It is also responsible for ensuring the maintece of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processesAbouttheRoleThe Credit Manager manages the credit activities and processes of the Wholesale Credit vertical for the designated location The Credit Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of the Credit appraisal activities and hence managing the portfolio quality and also ensures adherence to the processes designed by the bankReview the credit proposals by providing quick insight as a part of the sanctioning authority and by ensuring adherence to the standard process, Turn Around Time and decision consistencyEnsure the quality of proposals and credit appraisal to minimize delinquency and build portfolio of expected qualityGather market intelligence with other ficial institutions and entities to understand the market dynamics and risk trends, and to use necessary information for taking credit decisionsMonitor the accounts to ensure maintece of a healthy portfolioManage the relationship with various functions and departments within the bank to ensure collaboration and alignment to organizational objectivesEnsure timely completion of key deliverables, audit queries and adherence to the corporate credit policy/ schemeQualificationsGraduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred) from a recognized instituteExperience in assessing credit of Corporate clientsRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:Knowledge of credit, industry and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
