Validating the FMV values based on market feedback. - Early warning indicator tracking for the location, key risks, segments, asset levels and mitigants addressed and for EW for customers. 24- Industry trends, key factors impacting industry and specifics related to the market, performance of trades in market and indicators both local and regulatory and its impact. - Monitoring portfolio adherence to triggers and surface underlying issues with possible solutions. - Responsible for ensuring documentation and process adherence. 25- Interaction with Local FCU for setting up specific triggers and coordination. - Coaching mentoring of the credit team including credit admin. - Formal documented meeting and review of CPA shop, Valuer, legal agency. - PDD management for the branch. - Resale process of repossessed vehicles26- Enforcement and adherence of the company credit process and policy at the region and the branch. - Approval of high ticket loans as per policy - Approval of deviations as per policy. - Approval and tracking of restructure/rewrites - Review of portfolio with respect to delinquency/losses/fraud of the portfolio with branch credit officer. 27- Interacting with regional Fraud control units. - Interacting with regional and branch collection officers. - Should conduct training for Brach Staff whenever there are credit policy changes & updation.
