Job Description

Designation- Officer Credit-Micro Banking

Role & responsibilities-

Underwrite high ticket and open market loans in the field through thorough assessment
Underwrite both unsecured and secured loans of the microfinance and rural business
Decision on loan applications as per credit approval grid,
Conduct Loan Utilization Checks / Personal Discussion/ QC etc.
Maintain completeness of post disbursement documents

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation or Post Graduation Preferably in Commerce,
1-4 years of experience preferably in field credit or sales
Knowledge of credit underwriting
