We are looking for experienced Sales officers for our branches in Pune, Nashik, Jaipur, Bahadurgarh , Dehradun, Haridwar. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:Origination of loan proposals ( secured LAP ).Preliminary evaluation of proposal in line with company policyResponsible for logging in positive proposals in the systemEngaging with relevant authorities/ departments for Case Approvals; escalating the case wherever required.Engaging with Credit, Operations & Client for effective & smooth case closure.Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets assigned.Management of Channel partners and other external stakeholders Providing regular service to the customers and taking care of their future needs.Collections from overdue customersAssist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk managementRequired Skills and Experience:2 yrs+ of experience in small-ticket LAP sales in the NBFC / Banking industriesExposure and understanding of products in small ticket lending (secured )Knowledge of the local market; strong contacts with DSAs/ connectorsExposure to latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small ticket lending industryInterested candidates can send their CVs to careers@stftfinance.com
