If you are looking to be part of shaping the future of healthcare technology, this job opportunity might be for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy - Provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team - Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture - Provide architectural controls for delivering business solutions - Resolve technical escalations and respond to defects - Oversee platform integrations and security of the Now Platform **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - ServiceNow Certified, preferably in Application Developer, CSM Implementation Specialist, Technical Architect, or Master Architect - ITIL Foundations Certification preferred - 12+ years of total experience with 8+ years of relevant work experience - Architectural experience with ServiceNow - Willingness to work in shifts - Experience in Solution Design and Architecture of ServiceNow projects such as ITSM, CSM, or ITOM - Experience with complex software solutions - Ability to define and manage complex process/product issues using independent judgment - Domain expertise in the industry - Experience in technical functional specifications and integrating AI into work processes - Proven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform - Experience in implementing new functionality and working with waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Practical experience with ServiceNow API's, MID servers, Web Technologies, and relational databases - End-to-end delivery experience of ServiceNow integration with third-party systems using various protocols - Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and policies - Excellent communication, conflict management, negotiation, and training skills - Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Working knowledge of business value justification, business case development, and vendor management principles If you are excited about contributing to the future of healthcare technology and possess the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply for this position at AlteraHealth.com.
