You are an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with a strong background in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modeling, data integrations, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise lies in data transformations, scripting, and integration methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing CMDB models within ServiceNow. You will implement data loads using Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform Maps, ensuring data accuracy through ETL workflows and robust Transform Maps. Additionally, you will work on Scoped Applications to customize ServiceNow functionalities and design Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages for integrations. Maintaining CMDB integrity and governance best practices, you will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CMDB processes and data quality. Your skills should include proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), hands-on experience in CMDB modeling and maintenance, and a strong understanding of Data Source, Import Set, and Transform Map. Experience with ETL definitions, data transformation processes, Scoped Applications, and customization within ServiceNow is essential. Moreover, you should have experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages. It would be beneficial if you have experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and knowledge of Domain Separation within ServiceNow.,
