Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Technical Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT staffing to source, screen, and place IT professionals for contract and full-time roles with our clients. This position is based in Noida.
Roles and Responsibility

Source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.

Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviews.

Submit qualified candidates to Account Managers or clients.

Coordinate interviews and gather feedback.

Maintain candidate pipelines.

Ensure timely and efficient placement of candidates.

Job

1-3 years of US IT recruiting experience.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with W2, C2C, and H1B hiring processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience with technical recruitment tools and software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
