The successful candidate will play a key role in providing deal execution support, creating marketing material, conducting research and analytics, and providing internal process support to product teams globally.You will receive variety of trainings covering financial analysis, business presentations, and practical skills. At the end of training, you will be able to understand financial concepts and have a strong understanding of the Morgan Stanley culture. In this role, you will gain exposure to financial markets and macro trends, build knowledge of banking and capital markets sectors and products, and work with bankers in core locations. High performers will be eligible for internal mobility opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members across Global Capital Markets to manage various aspects of capital markets activity, including internal coordination and process management
- Support live execution and RFPs of equity/ equity-linked/ investment grade debt/ leveraged finance transactions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance syndicate databases and issuance trackers; monitor league tables, pricing benchmarks, and the performance of recent deals
- Prepare marketing materials and pitch books highlighting market trends, investor sentiment, and relative value analysis
- Provide analytical support to DCM/ ECM origination and coverage teams, including comps, secondary performance tracking, and investor feedback summaries
- Conduct investor analysis to identify key buyers, track participation trends, and assess pricing sensitivities within assigned product coverage
- Assist in wall-crossing coordination, roadshow preparation, and post-deal reporting and analytics
- Collaborate on cross-functional and technical projects to improve workflow efficiency and data quality
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support overall deal flow and business priorities
Skills And Qualifications
- MBA / CA / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in related field
- Keen interest in corporate finance / capital markets
- Written competency and spoken language fluency in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and are at ease with financial data
- Agility and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Bloomberg and market data tools (Dealogic, LCD)
- Programming and coding experience / knowledge of AI tools is encouraged
