Job Profile:

  • The Assistant Manager-HR Operations is responsible for managing and streamlining HR operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • The role involves handling HR analytics, and supporting HR policies & procedures, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management & Career Development, Employee Engagement & Organizational Development, Payroll & Benefits Management, Employee Database Management, HR Compliance & Statutory Requirements.
  • The incumbent will act as a bridge between employees and management by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all HR operations.
  • The Administration Support professional is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  • This role covers office management, Vendor management, Housekeeping, Hotel Bookings, Employee and Visitor Travel bookings, Guest House Arrangements.
  • Monitor visitor entry, ID issuance, and access control systems in coordination with security staff.

Desired Profile:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in labour law, pharma compliance, or organizational development are preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HRD, HR operations, Talent Management, L&T, payroll, or HR shared services.
  • Preferably in a pharmaceutical CRO or R&D setup.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry norms is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong knowledge of training & development, performance management, and talent management.
  • Familiarity with competency mapping, career pathing, and OD practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees across all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mind-set with data management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
