  • Mentor students on business plan development, incubation projects, and entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, experiential learning, and startup ecosystem development.
  • Engage in research and publish in reputed journals.
  • Coordinate entrepreneurship-related events, competitions, and industry interactions.
  • Support institutional initiatives like incubation cell and innovation hub.

  • Qualification:

    MBA / PhD in Entrepreneurship / Innovation / Business Management.

Position: Assistant Professor – Marketing

  • Teach core and elective marketing papers such as Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Analytics, and Brand Management.

  • Conduct applied research, consultancy, and student projects.
  • Collaborate with corporate partners for guest lectures, live projects, and internships.

Position: Academic Associate

  • Assist faculty in academic coordination, course preparation, and research documentation.

Position: Executive – Student Affairs & University Affairs

  • Act as a liaison between AIMER and the University for academic, examination, and administrative matters.
  • Handle student documentation, registration, attendance, and exam coordination.
  • Maintain student database and support academic audits.
  • Assist in grievance handling, student discipline, and welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely submissions and compliance reports.

    Master’s degree in Management / Administration / Education.

    2–3 years in university liaison or student affairs.
