Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Backend Engineer

who is passionate about building

scalable, high-performance systems

and has exposure to

AI, LLMs, and NLP driven projects

. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams to integrate LLM-based and AI-driven features.
Work on automation workflows and intelligent agents to improve platform capabilities.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with proper documentation.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all backend systems.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in TypeScript.
Experience with Nx, NestJS, and Fastify (strong preference).
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Exposure to LLMs, AI-powered solutions, or AI agent-based architectures.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
