AI Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across business processes.
• Work with stakeholders to identify areas for automation using AI, ML, and RPA technologies.
• Build, test, and deploy AI models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and other business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI automation processes for performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Document workflows, algorithms, and AI implementations for transparency and future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in AI/ML.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to explain complex AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or advanced analytics projects.
• Prior experience in end-to-end business process automation.
