Work closely with the sales team to keep customers informed about job status and resolve any post-delivery issues. Provide weekly reporting on order volumes, job turnaround, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in order management, print production coordination, or customer service (printing industry preferred). Strong understanding of printing processes (digital, offset, large-format). Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders simultaneously. Strong proficiency with Excel, CRM, and order management tools . High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Proactive problem-solving attitude and strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with web-to-print or B2B portals . Familiarity with artwork proofing, job tickets, and prepress workflows . Background in customer relationship management or client coordination roles.
