Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Executive/Technical Support Specialist at the E-commerce, Printing, and Marketing company in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Your main tasks include assisting customers with setting up and maintaining their online print stores, configuring products and pricing, designing engaging landing pages and website banners, managing data entry and template creation, and effectively coordinating with internal teams and clients worldwide. Your key responsibilities will involve: - eCommerce Store Setup: - Assist customers in setting up their online print stores. - Ensure correct implementation of all features as per client requirements. - Resolve any technical issues during the setup process. - Product Configuration and Pricing Setup: - Configure products based on client specifications. - Set up accurate pricing structures and update product information as required. - Landing Page and Website Banner Design and Setup: - Design and implement engaging landing pages and website banners. - Collaborate with clients to understand design preferences and create visually appealing web elements. - Data Entry and Template Creation: - Perform accurate data entry tasks. - Create and manage templates for various customer documents and maintain the database with updated information. - Team and Client Coordination: - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. - Coordinate with different teams to fulfill client requests and provide project updates. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, fluency in English, experience with print industry eCommerce solutions, knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems, and the ability to analyze data effectively.
