AI Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-based automation solutions for business processes.
• Identify areas for automation across operations, sales, procurement, and finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Maintain and optimize AI/ML models, workflows, and automation pipelines.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools, platforms, and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance of automated processes and continuously improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Train teams on AI tools and best practices for automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or related fields.
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, or relevant languages) and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow design, and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in the

  automobile or auto-parts industry

  is a plus, but not mandatory.
