Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Expert with hands-on experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and AI/LLM-based systems.

The ideal candidate should be able to build automation workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, as well as integrate AI models, build agents, and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and streamline cross-platform data flows
• Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, and Flowise
• Develop AI agents, bots, and multi-step reasoning systems
• Automate data enrichment, validation, reporting, and synchronization
• Ensure automation reliability, performance, and error handling
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver automation solutions
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in automation (Make/Zapier/n8n)
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, GraphQL, JSON, Webhooks
• Experience with OpenAI, prompt engineering, LangChain, Flowise
• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript scripting
• Familiarity with CRMs, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Understanding of process flows and automation logic

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with AI agent or chatbot development
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS)
• Exposure to AWS/GCP for automation workflows
• Experience with Git/version control
• Understanding of automation testing and error handling
