Position Overview:


Business Development Representative


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential projects and clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar freelance marketplaces.
  • Research and evaluate project requirements to ensure alignment with Core Techies’ service offerings.
  • Engage with prospects through personalized messages and follow-up communications.


  • Proposal Writing & Submission:

  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise in App Development, Web Development, and AI Solutions.
  • Customize proposals to address specific client needs and project requirements.
  • Submit and manage proposals, tracking progress and status on freelance platforms.


  • Client Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Engage with clients to clarify project details, answer questions, and negotiate terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to project delivery.


  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on proposal submission and conversion rates, providing insights to improve strategies.
  • Analyze freelance platform trends and competition to refine outreach and bidding strategies.


Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience with lead generation and client acquisition on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Strong proposal writing skills with a focus on customization and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with freelance platform processes, rules, and best practices.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in app development, web development, and AI.
  • Experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
