Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team.
Create sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to achieve individual goals.
Foster a positive sales culture and promote collaboration within the team.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify potential new customers.
Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Operations
