Job Description

Partner Channel professional

Partner/Agency Channel insurance experience

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage
partners / team leaders
in the assigned territory
Drive business growth through partner activation and development
Support partners with sales planning, guidance, and performance tracking
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through partner-led sales
Conduct regular meetings, training, and motivation sessions
Monitor partner productivity and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance, quality sourcing, and smooth coordination

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory
Life Insurance Partner Channel / Agency Channel experience
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Age criteria:
25 to 41 years
CTC : 6.50 LPA
Strong understanding of insurance products and partner sales models
Proven ability to recruit and manage team leaders / partners
Target-driven mindset with strong communication skills
