Should understanding on creation/updation and review of technical specifications documents Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification. Should be able to coordinate with the functional team Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions Should have experience on how to conduct patch/smoke/regression testing & change/update test scripts.
