Job Description

Novo Nordisk Centre (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for Advance Sourcing Analyst for Procurement team to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sourcing initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing activities.

Job Requirements
