We are seeking a highly skilled Tagging Testing Survey Solution Architect
with expertise in collaborating across cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, native app development, and analytics, to deliver scalable measurement solutions for client platforms. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Adobe Analytics, Tag Management (Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Platform), Adobe Target, and Qualtrics survey platforms across multiple geographies.This role involves developing and documenting best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the digital analytics team. The candidate will proactively conduct research, perform in-depth data analysis, and deliver ad hoc reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights on web usage, user engagement, and behavioral trends across websites and email campaigns.

Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Web SDK and Mobile SDK is essential.

Should have familiarity with survey platforms like Medallia, Qualtrics for managing at a high level from tech.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on digital analytics and media tracking, especially within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital analytics, web analytics tagging and measurement techniques for both dot com and mobile app (native and hybrid apps).

Proficient in event-driven data layer design that will scale a solution across platforms.

Experience with Server-Side Implementation of analytics tags & Media pixel

Experience with Adobe DTM/Launch/GTM Tag Management tools

Proficient in Adobe Target or other testing platforms, deep understanding of A4T.
- Adobe Launch Code tag deployment for new tags or updates

Proficient in debugging network traffic using Fiddler, Charles or Chrome developer tools

Test and validate deployment is performing as expected prior to and after a release

Create tagging specifications and tagging validation documents

Be able to analyze web traffic, click-tracking data and assist with reporting requests

Understand the Adobe tech stack and well versed with Launch capabilities, when to use out of the box feature vs writing custom code.

Adobe Analytics/Implementation Certification

Technical resource with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Javascript code-debugging skills

Survey Platform certification like Medallia, Qualtrics.
