Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
I. Admissions & Enrollment Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive admissions strategies and annual enrollment plans aligned with the school's vision and capacity.
- Manage the entire admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment, including tours, interviews, application processing, and offer management.
- Conduct engaging and informative school tours and presentations for prospective families, effectively articulating the school's unique value proposition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all admissions inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalised guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions data and records using the school's ERP system.
II. Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to raise the school's profile and attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and admission-related communications.
- Manage the school's online presence, including website, admissions pages and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Identify and implement new marketing channels and strategies to reach target demographics.
III. Events & Outreach:
- Plan, organise, and execute admissions-related events, such as open houses, information sessions, workshops, and school fairs, both on and off-campus.
- Represent the school at relevant educational fairs, community events, and networking functions.
- Build and nurture relationships with local and international community groups.
IV. Lead Generation & Corporate Connects:
- Proactively identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, multinational companies, and expatriate organisations to facilitate corporate tie-ups and student referrals.
- Create and deliver presentations to corporate HR departments and employee groups to promote the school's offerings.
- Track and report on lead generation effectiveness and conversion rates.
V.ERP & Data Management:
Be the super-user for the school's ERP system
Ensure accurate and efficient input, tracking, and reporting of all admissions and related data.
Utilise ERP functionalities for CRM, lead nurturing, communication, and analytics to optimise the admissions process.
Generate regular reports on admissions metrics, trends, and forecasts
VI.Parent Engagement & Relations:
- Foster strong relationships with current and prospective parents, acting as a key liaison between families and the school.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new families, providing necessary information and support.
- Gather feedback from parents to continuously improve the admissions experience and overall parent satisfaction.
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to effectively address parent inquiries and concerns.
Quali
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in admissions, marketing, or business development, preferably within an international education setting (preschool or K-12).
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets and driving lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Proficiency in using Admissions ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with families from various cultural backgrounds.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.
