Roles and responsibilities:


Admissions Management

  • Oversee and coordinate the admissions process, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and a seamless experience for applicants.
  • Review and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and make admissions recommendations aligned with the school's standards.
  • Collaborate with faculty to understand program offerings and communicate their value effectively to prospective students.
  • Monitor and analyze admissions data, reporting on conversion rates and suggesting improvements to the admissions process.

Outreach & Marketing

  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to attract prospective students, including high school and college visits, career fairs, and online campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and other relevant networks to promote our programs.
  • Coordinate events such as open houses, webinars, and information sessions to increase awareness and engagement with potential students.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials that highlight the school's unique offerings.

Student Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and answering inquiries.
  • Organize and lead campus tours, student panels, and Q&A sessions to give applicants a comprehensive view of the school's culture and programs.
  • Develop personalized communication strategies to keep prospective students informed and engaged throughout their application journey.
  • Collect and assess feedback from prospective students to continuously improve engagement strategies and address any common concerns.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key metrics related to outreach, applications, and admissions, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Admissions, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with institutional research to support enrollment forecasting and target-setting.
