Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat. India. The Admissions Counselor will guide and advise potential students on admission procedures for overseas education. Daily tasks include evaluating student profiles, discussing educational goals, recommending suitable academic programs, assisting with visa processes, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role also entails building relationships with families, offering orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Understanding of the Education sector, particularly in overseas education consultancy and visa processing
• Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach
• Previous experience in admissions counseling or related fields is an advantage
