Role Summary: The Head of Admissions will be responsible for driving end-to-end admission operations across Management and Technical programs (MBA, MCA, B.Tech). The role requires strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital outreach, event management, and admissions operations to achieve enrollment goals. This individual will be the face of the institution in outreach activities and will lead a high-performing admissions and tele-enquiry team while ensuring ethical standards, consistency across campuses, and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities: Lead all admissions-related activities for full-time MBA, MCA, and B.Tech programs. Design and implement marketing strategies, budgeting, and planning for student enrollment. Manage admission-related events, school connect programs, and student communication initiatives. Establish and operate a nationwide digital marketing setup (including Facebook, WhatsApp, social media platforms) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor admission operations, lead conversion, and drive enrollment targets across programs. Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-volume institutional partners to support organic growth. Create quarterly marketing and outreach plans and track them against budgeted goals and KPIs. Organize and participate in promotional events such as conferences, education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions to drive leads. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across advertising platforms and program streams. Develop and manage a robust network of career counselors at the national level. Design and execute advertising campaigns and brand promotion strategies across all channels. Evaluate student applications, review documentation, and assist in forming admission criteria in collaboration with academic stakeholders. Create and implement outreach strategies that effectively communicate the institution’s offerings and culture. Plan data-driven marketing campaigns and promotional activities (e.g., seminars, presentations). Manage sponsorships, conferences, and event collaborations to elevate institutional presence. Coordinate with different campuses to ensure alignment and standardized processes. Foster relationships with principals of feeder institutes, coaching centers, and academic consultants. Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the admissions and tele-enquiry team. Maintain and utilize a student database from various internal and external sources. Actively participate in social media and digital campaigns to promote the institution’s services. Maintain accurate records of all leads and communication through the internal CRM system. Oversee the development of marketing collateral including brochures, prospectuses, hoardings, and flyers. Supervise telecalling operations and ensure regular reporting of enquiry status and conversions. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or educational marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and data-driven campaign management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
