Job Description

having minimum 2-3 years experience Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality performance.
Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Monitor daily operations of the admissions department, including application processing and documentation.
Guide students and parents through the admission process, eligibility, and course options.
Oversee application screening, shortlisting, and selection in accordance with institutional policies.
Coordinate with academic departments for interviews, entrance exams, and counseling sessions.
Ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Train, mentor, and support staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
Plan and participate in promotional events, education fairs, school visits, and outreach activities.
Manage CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups with leads and inquiries.
Address escalations and resolve issues related to admission queries or student concerns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and generate qualified leads.
Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
