Job Description

Contacting prospective and existing clients via phone to inform them about immigration services and procedures. Responding to client inquiries regarding visa applications, documentation, and immigration policies. Explaining various visa categories, such as student visas, permanent residency, etc. Collecting necessary client details, such as personal information, qualifications, and work experience. Recording and updating information on internal databases. Verifying the authenticity of documents submitted by clients. Scheduling consultations or appointments with immigration consultants or legal advisors. Managing follow-up calls to clients to ensure they are informed about the progress of their applications. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
