Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead B2B sales and partnership development across India and the broader region. The role involves promoting and managing a portfolio of executive education, professional development, and academic programs targeted at corporates and other organizations.

The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with a passion for education and will thrive in both in-person and online business development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to promote programs to corporates and other organisations.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with decision-makers in HR, L&D, and academia.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct client presentations (in-person and virtual) to showcase program value and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to customise training and education solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system, providing regular progress reports.
  • Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product design and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships — ideally in education, training, or professional services.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within India and the region as required.
