Hii Jobseekers Greetings from ShiningStarsITPL Location: Noida Industry: EdTech (Open to candidates from all industries including BFSI) Experience Required: 6 months - 5 years in Sales Compensation: Up to 6.5 LPA (Including 50,000 in performance-based sales incentives) Working Days: 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM 6:00 PM) About the Role - We are hiring dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Professionals to join Indias leading EdTech platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your mission is to guide them in selecting the right academic programs by effectively counseling and helping them navigate the admission process. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential students via phone calls and online chats to provide detailed information about various UG & PG programs. Understand student needs and offer suitable course options and career advice. Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-up and relationship building. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the student journey. Handle incoming queries and resolve them efficiently. Collect and compile feedback from enrolled students for service improvements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proven track record in sales, preferably in education, EdTech, or BFSI sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools is a plus.
