Job Description:
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all documentation required before onboarding new clients (contracts, NDAs, proposals, agreements).
- Ensure proper record-keeping of signed contracts and client documents for audit and reference.
- Coordinate with Business Development/Client Servicing teams to ensure all client paperwork is completed before work begins.
- Oversee invoicing, payment schedules, and financial documentation before and after client onboarding.
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain accurate records of advance payments, retainers, reconciliations, and settlements.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client and company financial information.
- Maintain and update client databases and records.
- Provide administrative assistance to client servicing and business development teams.
- Support management in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and other administrative tasks as required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and compliance processes.
Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
