Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Transport management: Daily scheduling of guest and visitor pick-ups and drop- off, managing driver shift rosters, overseeing vehicle maintenance and service schedules, and ensuring timely renewal and verification of all vehicle documentation.
- Canteen management: Oversaw daily operations including procurement, hygiene and cleanliness monitoring, managing staff and inventory, and compliance adherence. Conducting committee meetings and gathered regular feedback to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Facilities management: Coordinating manpower allocation across various functions including pantry services, washroom maintenance, floor cleaning and gardening across all shifts, ensuring timely deployment based on approved requirements.
- CSR Implementation: Driving corporate sustainability objectives through administration- led CSR initiatives focused on rural development. Key areas include planning and executing projects related to village infrastructure, health and hygiene, access to clean drinking water, skill development, and educational support.
- Guest management: Managing end-to-end guest visit schedule, including agenda preparation, transportation arrangements (pick-up and drops) and coordination of hotel bookings, for ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience.
- Vendor management: Effectively managing the monthly procurement of office essentials covering administrative, pantry, housekeeping, stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies to ensure uninterrupted support for daily business operations and workplace efficiency.
- Security management: Handling security agencies for deploying security guards in vacant places for safe security operations, and verifying all registers like (vehicles in/out, gate pass, Visitors entry and courier inwards)
- Inter & External Audit Support: Supporting and submitting documents related to licenses, compliances, and other employee amenities. And collaborated with HR and operations teams to provide relevant data for ensuring smooth audit processes and maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.

- * Environmental Consent for Establishment (CTE)
- * Required under AP Pollution Control Board (APPCB) for Red/Orange/Green category units
- * Fire Safety NOC
- * Industry-Specific Licenses (if applicable)
- * Drugs/Ayush/food processing, petroleum storage, etc.
- Post-construction / Pre-operation Approvals:
- * Factory License under Factories Act, 1948
- * Includes registration and grant of license via AP Single Desk Portal
- * Boiler License
- o operating boilers, registration with Directorate of Boilers
- * Environmental Consent for Operation (CTO/CFO)
- * Fuel Storage Licenses
- * Petroleum/diesel/Naphtha storage from District Collector / Civil Supplies
- * Rectified or Denatured Spirit license from Prohibition & Excise Dept.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12–17 years of experience in administration, facility management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in managing a team and handling multi-location facilities is an advantage.
