Job Description

As an Admin Manager at our company, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating office activities, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Your role will include tasks such as managing daily administrative tasks, front desk operations, documentation and filing, supply management, meeting and event coordination, vendor coordination, support staff coordination, assisting HR and finance teams, and general office maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and scheduling meetings. - Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.). - Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, files, and records in an efficient manner. - Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring office stock is adequate. - Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events. - Liaise with vendors for office maintenance, equipment repairs, and other facilities requirements. - Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure they have the necessary resources. - Provide general administrative support to the HR and finance departments as required. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space, managing minor maintenance needs. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred. - Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities. - Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and thoroughness. - Professional Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
