As a Relationship Manager at Lamborghini, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the brand's presence in the luxury automotive market. Your focus will be on providing personalized experiences to clients, increasing client loyalty, and promoting Lamborghini's products and services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective high-net-worth clients. - Offer personalized services to clients, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards. - Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions related to Lamborghini products and services. - Follow up on client feedback and concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Sales and Business Development: - Promote and sell Lamborghini vehicles and related services to qualified clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated purchasing experience. - Lead and participate in sales events, product launches, and promotional activities to engage with potential clients. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, develop strategies, and convert prospects into customers. - Assist in planning and executing events for VIP clients, offering exclusive experiences tied to the Lamborghini brand. Brand Ambassador: - Represent Lamborghini at luxury events, exhibitions, and networking functions to reinforce the brand's prestige and attract new clients. - Advocate for Lamborghini's brand values, ensuring clients experience the brand's essence through personalized interactions and high-quality service. Client Retention & Loyalty: - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. - Maintain regular contact with clients to keep them informed about new models, services, and offers, fostering long-term loyalty. - Provide after-sales services, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, customization options, and special offers for repeat clients. Market Analysis & Reporting: - Track and report sales trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities in the luxury automotive market. - Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement strategies. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing, service, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles and after-sales services. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client services, preferably in the luxury automotive or high-end lifestyle industries. - Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales with a focus on high-net-worth clients. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA would be advantageous. Skills: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to understand luxury market dynamics and client behavior. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of Lamborghini products and services is a significant advantage.
