Position Title: Admin Executive Department: Administration Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (onsite) Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 years in administration / office management Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Gender Preference: Male Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams for seamless office operations. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office administration, facilities, and general operations. Handle vendor management — negotiate contracts, manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and ensure timely payments. Manage housekeeping, office supplies, pantry, and equipment maintenance. Monitor attendance, staff movement registers, and assist HR with related admin tasks. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel bookings (transport, accommodation). Ensure adherence to safety, security, and compliance policies. Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and submit timely reports to management. Liaise with building management, service providers, and government authorities as required. Support management in ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects. Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (any stream). 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities, or office coordination. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle confidential data with integrity. Good problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
