The Admin Executive at will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions, facility management, vendor coordination, office maintenance, and compliance with internal processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Sr.No Roles Responsibilities 1. Facility & Office Management: ● Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and security of office infrastructure. ● Supervise housekeeping, maintenance staff, and office utilities. ● Ensure proper seating arrangements and ergonomics. ● Ensure all utilities (electricity, internet, water, etc.) are functional, and issues are promptly resolved 2. Vendor & Asset Management: ● Handle vendor evaluation, onboarding, and contract renewals. ● Maintain accurate asset records (IT, furniture, office equipment). ● Ensure timely service and AMC coordination. 3. Travel & Logistics Support: ● Arrange local and outstation travel for employees and management. ● Handle hotel bookings, cab coordination, and ticketing. ● Track and manage travel expense documentation. 4. Administrative Support & Coordination: ● Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as courier, ID cards, event setup. ● Support HR in employee onboarding/offboarding activities. ● Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and events. 5 Procurement Support: ● Coordinate with finance and departments to procure materials. ● Ensure proper quotation collection, cost analysis, and PO processing. ● Track deliveries and inventory of office and pantry supplies. 6. People Management: ● Lead and manage housekeeping, and support staff. ● Allocate work and monitor productivity. ● Train team on compliance, safety, and office protocols. 7. Expense Management & Voucher Checking: ● Maintain and verify all admin-related expenses including petty cash and reimbursements. ● Check and validate expense vouchers for accuracy, approvals, supporting bills, and policy compliance. ● Coordinate with accounts for timely voucher submission and clearance. ● Maintain monthly expense logs and support budget tracking.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
