Job Description

*Key Roles & Responsibilities:* Administrative Support: * Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation. * Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. * Manage housekeeping & related vendors. * Handle travel bookings, event coordination, and meeting schedules. * Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management as required. HR Support: * Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). * Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. * Support onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring proper documentation. * Help implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and payroll inputs. * Address basic employee queries and maintain confidentiality of HR data. Accounts Support: * Assist in day-to-day accounting operations like data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking. * Coordinate with vendors for bill submissions, payments, and follow-ups. * Support in preparing monthly expense reports and petty cash management. * Provide necessary documentation to the finance team for audits and tax-related requirements. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in administration, HR, or accounts support roles  * Basic knowledge of accounting principles. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. * High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
