The engineer will also handle field service calls, coordinate with internal teams during site commissioning, and maintain site cleanliness and documentation. Liaising with DISCOM authorities for approvals and meter setups, and ensuring smooth execution by working closely with supervisors and site engineers, is a key part of this role.

HR Operations & Compliance * Maintain HRMS records, attendance, and leave management. * Support in preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, and company policies. * Assist in audits and compliance reporting as required. 4. Performance & Training * Support managers in performance management processes (goal setting, appraisals, feedback). * Coordinate learning & development sessions, workshops, and training programs. * Track employee progress and maintain training records. 5. Payroll & Administration * Coordinate with the finance team to process payroll inputs (attendance, leave, incentives, deductions). * Maintain accurate employee data for salary processing. * Support in handling reimbursements and benefits administration.
