Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for CASA, Fixed Deposits, and Life Insurance through direct sales, referrals, and market activities.
Meet assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive cross-selling and upselling.
Conduct customer profiling to understand needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening, documentation, and service delivery.
Stay updated with product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Ensure compliance with banking guidelines, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer queries, service requests, and issue resolution efficiently.
Participate in branch activities, marketing campaigns, and promotional events to drive acquisition.
