Trade Fice Center handles the imports & exports transactions, Export Fice & BG, LC, Collections, Advance Remittances, Open Account Payments, Capital Account transactions, Trade outward Remittances and routing of SWIFT messagesAbout RoleThe Portfolio Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team operations run smoothly They have to ensure all requests should be processed within the TAT They are responsible for ensuring team cost is within the budget They are also responsible for ensuring that cross functionality and productivity are high for the department & They are responsible for Processing and verification of Export/Outward and Inward Remittance/ Capital Account/Export Fice /FLC issuance and Bill/ FBG and others

Ensure ownership of processing of all product group transactionsEnsure that the transactions processed are compliant with FEMA and Regulatory (other than KYC-AML) / Bank guidelinesEnsure that transactions are delivered within targeted TATCo-ordination with legal, CBO, TxB-services, TxB-Products and business dept teams for various approvals and ensuring smooth delivery of transactionsEnsure business continuity in operations (BCP)Ensure Ficial perspective: Income targets, minimal operational lossEnsure Customer perspective: Minimal customer complaints, positive customer surveysEnsure Operational perspective: Adherence to TAT, EGRC score, Audit queries, Automation of processesEnsure Organisational development: Productivity of group staffMonitor outstanding entries in office accounts and ensure closure of these cases promptlyQualificationsGraduate/ MBA preferredAdditional Certificate course related to Banking sector08 to 10 years of Work ExperienceRole ProficienciesKnowledge of banking products and servicesKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to manage complex client situationsAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
