The Role:

Accounts Receivable Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Invoicing Process:

  Manage the end-to-end invoicing cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery to our clients.

• Lead & Mentor:

  Manage and develop a team of AR executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Drive Collections:

  Implement effective collection strategies to reduce the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve our cash flow.

• Ensure Accuracy:

  Maintain and reconcile the AR ledger, perform account classifications, and ensure the integrity of all financial data.

• Enhance Processes:

  Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within the AR function to increase efficiency.

• Client Relations:

  Serve as the point of escalation for complex billing and payment issues, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve disputes amicably.

• Reporting:

  Generate detailed AR reports, aging analyses, and cash flow forecasts for senior management.

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves):

• A minimum of

  6 years of experience

  in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.

• Extensive and hands-on experience in invoice generation and processing is non-negotiable.

• Proven expertise in managing the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
