Job Title: Accounts Purchases & Operations Executive

Department: Operations (Purchase)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Reporting: Head - Purchases & Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations including purchase orders, accounts reconciliation, payment follow-ups, preparing invoices and purchase entries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and CRM systems, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs)

· Record and manage purchase entries in Tally

· Perform accounts reconciliation

· Follow up on outstanding payments

· Coordinate with vendors for billing, payments, and documentation

· Maintain accurate records of invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts

· Update customer and transaction details in CRM systems

· Ensure timely posting of transactions and data accuracy

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

· Support audits by providing required financial data and reports

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic report formatting.

· Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

· Professional attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.

Education & Experience:

• Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate in accounts
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in metal trading, manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Exposure to accounts, finance & operations is preferable
• Experience in purchase and trading will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
