We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented candidate who can handle both accounts and coordination work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Handle Tally entries and maintain all account records.
· Manage sample stock (inward/outward) and maintain proper database.
· Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers & testing houses.
· Arrange documents for export samples and follow up till dispatch.
· Maintain Excel reports, update data, and support internal coordination.
· Coordination with team , dispatch and export teams for smooth completion of orders.
Requirements: AGE - 25- 35 YRS ( MALE ONLY )
· Experience in Accounts & Coordination (1–3 years).
· Proficiency in Tally & Advanced Excel.
· Fluent in English & Hindi (written and spoken).
· Should be disciplined, sincere, and organized in work approach.
· Commerce background preferred.
· Computer/Laptop available at home .
Location: Kolkata
Time-9.30am -6.30pm
Monday-Saturday
