Purchase and Sale Manager

The Purchase and Sales Executive is responsible for managing the procurement and sales of raw materials, ensuring effective coordination between the marketing team, suppliers, and buyers. This role requires excellent follow-up skills, strict adherence to company guidelines, and the maintenance of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information. It is essential for the candidate to stay informed about market trends to optimize business operations efficiently. The key responsibilities of the Purchase and Sales Executive include overseeing procurement and sales management, maintaining robust communication with suppliers and buyers, ensuring timely availability and quality of raw materials, conducting regular follow-ups with suppliers, tracking and reporting sales and purchase activities, managing sample arrangements and dispatch to buyers, maintaining proper sample records, preparing and managing Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements, staying updated on market trends related to raw materials and sales strategies, providing insights for process improvements and cost efficiencies, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with internal guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, or sales management, preferably in the minerals/chemicals industry. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and email communication. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks. Travel may be required as per business needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and weekend availability. The job offers a yearly bonus and requires proficiency in English and Hindi languages. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time. The work location is in person.,
